This is an Onboarding Guide for Gatekeeper Soft Certificates for PEXA Document Signing

1. Register your business: Watch our business registration step by step guide.
2. Create your Cogito subscription (per ABN) and complete your business registration. 
3. Upload Proof of Representation.
4. Nominate at least two Certificates Managers to act as service managers/admins. 
5. Acknowledge the Terms & Conditions.
6. Complete payment section.
7. Interview with Certificate Manager for VOI. Organised by Cogito Group staff.
8. Request soft certificates and download.
9. Request soft certificates for other users.
